How do I format a read-only SanDisk memory adapter?
I have this SanDisk memory adapter for my cell phone to my computer, and when I put it in the drive it says that it needs ot be formatted, and that it can't even format read-only files. I looked up how to do it.. but didn't find much. I tried right clicking and changing the properties but that didn't work. Please help me! Thank youuuu.
Others had this problem and there was no solution, they say it's a device error and you should replace the unit.
If you have the new read-only(what was desined to be read-only) technology, that was developed to ensure 100% data protection.
You can't delete or even modify the data. If not, return the unit to the store(under warranty).
