HELP !! Which one would you buy?
PLEASE help me !! I want to buy one but don't know which one... I really only want MP3 etc..player, Video Player, Voice Recorder, FM turner, Record TV and DVD and such!! Oh ya I almost forgot with a expandable memory card.

For those prices I would go for a brand that I had at least heard of before. Two models I know of that have most of those features and are expandable are the Creative Zen which comes in 4, 8, and 16 GB versions, or the Sandisk Sansa e200 series which comes in 2, 4, 6, and * GB versions. They both play video, fm radio, voice record, and the sansa can also record fm radio. The Creative also has an SD card slot, while the Sansa has a Micro SD expansion slot. Both get great reviews, are easy to use, and are from established companies that offer warrenties and technical support. The Creative is avaliable from between $100 and $250 depending on the capacity you choose, and the Sansa from around $80 to $200 also depending on the capacity. It's tough to choose the right player, but I hope that helps.
