Pictures are the best way to store memories in the form of files and digital camera is the best way to take high-quality pictures. Last week I went on a tour with my family to see royal places and purchased Nikon Coolpix S1 camera with 1 GB Scan Disk's memory card. It works fine until yesterday. Now I am not able to shoot pictures using this camera and the previously taken pictures are not accessible even. I think its a kind of photo loss and I need Memory Card Recovery solutions to extract lost pictures.
When I turn the camera on, it flashes the below error message:
"This card cannot be used."
The error message occurs even if the camera does not have any memory card. If I turn the camera on with the memory card, it looks fine. However, taking the photo results into the charge/flash light blinking for a couple of seconds. After that, it gives an error message stating:
"Warning!! This card cannot be read."

One of my friends suggested me to check whether the card is not locked. He also asked to check if the icon comes in upper right corner when I insert the card. If the card is locked, it does not show in the camera.
